Illuminating the Leader Journey

For over a year now, I've wanted to start a podcast. I've had conversations with colleagues about it; in one case, we did a trial episode. But it just didn't click.

This couldn't be just a podcast. It had to resonate totally with me and where I am on my journey. I thought developing a theme would be simple and easy, but it wasn't.

Several events came together recently, and it all fell into place. This past week I published my interview with Dr. Lance Secretan on his latest book, Reawakening the Human Spirit.

LeaderONE: Illuminating the Inner Path is a podcast inspired by the wisdom of luminaries like Dee Hock, Dr. Lance Secretan, Dr. Marilyn Jacobson, Joseph Jaworski, and many other leaders among us whose names you know and don't know.

I want to share and amplify the voice and stories of any human who would like to share their inner leader journey.

I hope each episode will uncover the trials, triumphs, and defining moments of authentic leadership through intimate conversations with established and emerging leaders.

In each episode,  I hope the podcast will help to demystify the essence of conscious leadership, awareness, forward-thinking, dialogue, the mind, and the journey revealing the interplay of personal growth and professional success.

I aim to catalyze introspection to inspire leaders to reflect, question preconceptions, and reignite their passion for empathetic and visionary leadership.

More than a podcast about leadership, it's an enlightening journey towards self-betterment, fostering courage, life change, and understanding leadership in our interconnected world.

The first episode

With Reawakening the Human Spirit, Lance embarks on a journey to change how we perceive and practice leadership. His vision is one where individuals are inspired, not coerced, and where they act out of love, not fear.
